Karen and her team at The Happy Tummy Co. are experts in promoting good gut health in Ireland. As a special treat for Mayo Pride, they have created a unique and delicious pizza dough made from a blend of ancient and heritage grains, such as teff, einkorn, flax, and emmer that will blow your tiny tastebuds!

Ice-cold beers and vermouth cocktails from Valentia Island will be served to accompany you into a state of total bliss! Come early to grab a stool outside or grab a spot at the bar.
