Mayo Pride Festival runs on the power of volunteers – without your invaluable support, we simply couldn’t do it.
There are lots of ways to volunteer at Mayo Pride. Take a look at the roles below to see how you could help.

- Free access to the exclusive Pride after party at the Pride Festival Club on the night of the festival.

Pride Hub Volunteer
The Pride Hub opens on Monday May 25th - Friday May 29th in Westport Town Hall. It’s open 12-5 and we need volunteers to help in the hub with ticket sales, Pride merch sales, and it’s also a space where people can come and pick up a Pride Festival Guide and maybe ask a question or two.

Parade Steward
This is a fun and engaging role that means you can still take part in the parade while helping to keep it moving. You will be placed in the parade, walking with it to ensure everyone keeps to the correct side of the road and that the parade keeps moving steadily. If you have a keen eye for safety and love parades, this role is for you.

Event Host & Check In
Love being a good host? This role involves checking tickets at our events and ensuring everyone has a great first impression at our events. Love to dress up, look fierce and make a lasting impression? This role might be for you!
